🚫 Regional Restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped due to local regulations:
- Delta-8 Products – Cannot be shipped to Kentucky.
- Vape Products (cartridges, disposables, hardware) – Cannot be shipped to KY, NV, OR, UT, WA.
- THC-A Products – Cannot be shipped to the following states:
AK, AR, CO, DE, HI, ID, IA, MN, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SD, UT, VT, WA.
📍 Order Fulfillment & Delivery
- Processing Time: 24–72 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends/holidays).
- Eastern Shipments: 1–5 business days.
- Western Shipments: 3–20 business days.

Refund & Return Policy – THC Disposablee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
⏳ Return Window
- Hardware items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- E-liquids, disposables, pods, cartridges (due to health & safety regulations).
- Sale items – final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

💳 Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an approval/denial notice.
- Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Customer-error returns or incomplete packaging may incur a $35 restocking fee.
❌ Lost or Stolen Packages
THC Disposablee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after shipping. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
